a word From our CEO

In America alone, thousands of people — and countless animals — face homelessness every single day. When you hear that, what do you do? Do you feel grateful it isn’t you? Do you judge? Do you look away? Or do you try to help?

Homelessness does not have to become a permanent way of life for either humans or animals. Change begins when ordinary people decide to become proactive instead of passive.

My name is Katherine “Kat” Rollins. Alongside my husband Dwight, I own and operate All Creatures Country Club in beautiful southern Greene County, Tennessee. Since opening our kennel in 1997, I have worked professionally as a dog trainer dedicated to positive, science-based methods and responsible animal care.

In 2004, we founded GreenePets Foster Network, Inc. to help homeless and displaced animals find safety, rehabilitation, and permanent homes. In 2008, CrittersWork Service Dog Partners, Inc. was formed from my lifelong passion for dogs and the incredible bond they share with people in need.
What began over two decades ago has grown into a life devoted to service, education, rescue, and advocacy. Our days are filled with wagging tails, happy barks, hard work, and second chances. At the end of the day, everyone goes to bed tired — and hopefully a little happier than they were before.
